About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and ambitious MBA Interns to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, HR and finance. Interns will work closely with senior professionals, contribute to live projects, and develop key managerial and leadership skills essential for their future careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in market research, business analysis, and report preparation.

Support strategic initiatives in HR, Marketing and Finance or based on business needs.

Contribute to creating business proposals, presentations, and MIS reports.

Work on process improvement initiatives and suggest innovative solutions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.

Assist in client communications, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Basic understanding of business functions (Marketing, HR & Finance)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to Have (Optional):

Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel advanced functions, Power BI, or Tableau). Understanding of digital marketing or financial modeling.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed

MBA/PGDM

in Marketing, Finance & HR or related specializations.

Passion for business management and eagerness to learn.

Experience: Fresher (2024 & 2025 pass-outs)
