Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven MBA Intern for Sales & Marketing to support business development initiatives, generate leads, and assist in marketing campaigns. This role provides hands-on experience in sales strategy, client relationship management, and marketing execution, ideal for candidates looking to develop a career in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-ups.
Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
Contribute to marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and content creation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights.
Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to support events, promotions, and campaigns.
Eligibility & Skills:
Currently pursuing an MBA (Marketing / Sales specialization preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Basic understanding of marketing tools, CRM software, and digital platforms.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
