Marketing activities
and
Office Maintenance/Administration
. The role is designed to offer hands-on experience in day-to-day business operations, marketing campaigns, coordination, and office management.
Key Responsibilities -
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys.
Support social media content creation, posting, and performance tracking.
Coordinate branding activities, events, and promotional activities.
Assist the marketing team in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
Maintain and update CRM records, lead sheets, and marketing databases.
Office Maintenance & Administration
Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
Assist in organizing files, documents, and administrative records.
Support HR/Operations in scheduling meetings, visitor handling, and communication tasks.
Report any office maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Skills & Qualifications
MBA or recently completed MBA (Marketing/General Management preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and MS Office tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team environment.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
