You will be hired as a "Community Manager".

Please note that only Female candidates will be considered for this position.

Hiring for a remote, work from anywhere position.

If you are someone who has an MBA/PGDM or a post-graduate degree in HR or an experience in Labour Laws and has worked as a Labour Law Litigator or Labour Compliance Officer, for over 4 years, and wants to switch to education, please read on. Experience in HR is a plus.

You will be required to teach budding and enthusiastic lawyers, manage their communities, guide and mentor them on their journey to success.

You'll have to do the following as part of the role:

1. Teach in live sessions

2. Create content and reading material

3. Manage communities of learners

4. Resolve doubts and queries

5. Collaborate with marketing and sales team

The role requires you to be an extrovert, creative, and agile in decision making.

It is a full time position requiring you to work 8 hours a day for 5 days a week, so apply only if you are willing to give this your all.

Experience:

3-4 years as a Labour Law Litigator or Labour Compliance Officer (mandatory)
