Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Handle HR operations, employee relations, and compliance Assist in payroll, attendance, and statutory documentation Implement HR policies, training, and performance management systems Maintain records and coordinate with department heads for HR support

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of HR practices in a manufacturing or pharma environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools Willing to work from plant location full-time
