About the Role
We are inviting applications from
MBA HR pursuing students
who are looking to gain in-depth, practical exposure to real-world HR functions. This internship offers hands-on experience across
recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation
in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Assist with onboarding and induction processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support HR operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
Assist in employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
Coordinate with internal departments for HR requirements
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing
MBA in Human Resources (MBA HR)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and work from office
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
Ability to handle responsibilities professionally
