Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other channels.
Source candidates through databases, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
Provide feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders post-interview.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Participate in career fairs and networking events as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, BambooHR, Greenhouse).
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing.
