Job Description

1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

Developing Recruitment Plans:

Creating strategies to attract and recruit top talent, including sourcing methods and timelines.

Designing s:

Writing clear and compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role and attract suitable candidates.

Identifying Staffing Needs:

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and anticipating future hiring needs.

Building Recruitment Networks:

Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates through various channels like social media, professional networks, and job boards.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

Sourcing Candidates:

Utilizing various platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and company databases to find qualified candidates.

Screening Resumes:

Reviewing applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications.

Conducting Interviews:

Performing initial phone screens or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinating Interviews:

Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members.

Managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS):

Maintaining accurate records of all candidate interactions within the ATS.

Representing the company positively and enhancing its reputation as an employer.

3. Other Responsibilities:

Staying Updated on Recruitment Trends:

Keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in recruitment.

Reporting on Hiring Metrics:

Providing regular reports on recruitment progress and key performance indicators.
