Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media.
Source candidates through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone screenings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in salary negotiation and finalizing job offers.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support HR activities related to onboarding and orientation.
