Job Description

We are looking for MBA Freshers to join our IT Training Institute. The candidate will handle student counselling, enquiry follow-ups, admissions support, and basic marketing activities. Training will be provided. Good communication skills and a learning mindset are required.

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about IT training programs (AWS, AI, Full Stack, etc.) Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow up on leads Support admissions, enrollments, and batch coordination Assist in marketing activities such as seminars, demos, and campus visits Maintain student data, enquiry reports, and daily MIS Coordinate with faculty, admin, and marketing teams Support placement & corporate training coordination (if required)

Skills Required:

Good communication & interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or student counseling Willingness to learn and grow in the education industry Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools) Positive attitude & target-oriented mindset
