We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Trainee Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a recent engineering graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing of

industrial safety products

such as personal protective equipment (PPE), safety systems, or hazard monitoring devices. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, safety-critical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day operations of the production floor, assembly line, or quality control. Learn and apply manufacturing processes, machine operations, and safety protocols. Support engineers in the design, testing, and implementation of safety product components. Monitor product quality and participate in inspections, testing, and root cause analysis of defects. Maintain documentation for production processes, test results, and compliance reports. Participate in training programs related to ISO standards, safety regulations, and lean manufacturing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, R&D, and Maintenance. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.

Qualifications:

Fresh Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineers / Science Graduate with 1 or 2 years of experience with an MBA. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical/electrical systems. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety norms and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001) is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office, CAD tools, or PLC programming (based on department) is an advantage.
