Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented
MBA Freshers
to join our Sales team. The role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead conversion
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Follow up with prospects and close deals
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
Convincing and negotiation abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
