This role is ideal for an MBA fresher with a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles. The candidate will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Regula Field Sales. Cold calling. Market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for business growth Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and preferences to improve marketing strategies. Develop and maintain customer retention strategies to enhance brand loyalty. Draft professional emails, notices, and business letters with strong written communication skills. Contribute creative ideas for brand-building and promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Time management and organizational skills.

Hard Skills:

Market analysis and consumer behaviour understanding. Data-driven decision-making in marketing. Customer retention and creative campaign strategies. Proficiency in digital marketing techniques. Strong English-speaking and writing skills, including email and formal document drafting.
