Job Title: US IT Recruiter and US HR Onboarding (MBA Freshers)

Location: Mohali - Phase 8B

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

We are hiring MBA freshers for the roles of US Recruitment and US HR Onboarding to support talent acquisition and HR operations for the US market. This is an excellent opportunity to start a professional career in US staffing and HR operations within a structured, growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

US IT Recruitment:

Source and screen candidates for US-based requirements. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

US HR Onboarding:

Handle US onboarding and joining formalities. Maintain documentation, employee records, and compliance files. Coordinate background verification, timesheets, and payroll support. Support exit formalities and internal HR coordination.

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA in any specialization; freshers are welcome.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Comfortable working from office in Mohali - Phase 8B.
