About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Senior Finance & Accounts professional to lead and strengthen our finance function. This is a strategic + hands-on role requiring strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a senior finance leader with sharp analytical skills, solid business acumen, and excellent communication--MBA (Finance) from IIT, IIM, LBSIM, or equivalent Tier 1 institute.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

-Prepare & analyze Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements

-Ensure timely monthly, quarterly & annual reporting

-Lead budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis

-Monitor cost controls, working capital & financial KPIs

Accounting & Statutory Compliance

-Oversee end-to-end accounting using Tally Prime

-Ensure GST filings, TDS compliance & statutory payments

-Maintain strong accounting controls & standards

MIS, Analytics & Business Insights

-Design impactful MIS reports & management dashboards

-Use Advanced Excel & Power BI (Mandatory) for insights

-Provide data-driven inputs to leadership for decision-making

Cash Flow & Financing

-Manage cash flow planning & working capital optimization

-Prepare documentation for banks, loans & credit facilities

-Coordinate with banks & financial institutions

Audit & Team Leadership

-Handle internal & statutory audits
-Review & mentor junior finance team members

-Drive accuracy, compliance & process improvements

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

Education (Mandatory)

MBA (Finance) from Tier 1 Institute (IIT / IIM / LBSIM or equivalent)

Experience

- 5-8+ years in finance, accounting & statutory compliance

-Prior experience in a senior / lead finance role

Technical Skills

-Tally Prime (Hands-on)

- Power BI (Mandatory)

- Advanced MS Excel

-Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, P&L, budgeting & financing

Soft Skills

-Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset

-Excellent verbal & written communication

-Strategic thinker with attention to detail

-Confident, articulate & leadership-ready professional
