Job Title: MBA Finance Professor - Distance Learning

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated MBA Finance Professor to teach and mentor students in our Distance Learning MBA program. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, relevant teaching experience, and a passion for online/distance education.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in Finance to postgraduate students via online platforms.

Develop, update, and maintain course materials, including presentations, assignments, and assessments.

Mentor and guide students in academic and research-related activities.

Conduct virtual workshops, webinars, and discussion sessions to enhance student learning.

Participate in curriculum design, program development, and quality improvement initiatives.

Engage in scholarly research, publications, and contribute to academic conferences.

Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other online teaching tools effectively.

Ensure compliance with university and regulatory standards for distance education.

Qualifications:

Essential:

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with Finance specialization.

NET/SET qualification (UGC or equivalent) is mandatory for faculty eligibility.

Desirable:

Ph.D. in Management / Finance or related field.

Minimum 2-5 years teaching experience at postgraduate level.

Experience in online/distance learning delivery.

Publications in peer-reviewed journals and participation in academic conferences.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
