Contact potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video consultations.
Understand client profiles and convert leads into successful investors using consultative
sales techniques.
Track and improve conversion rates using CRM tools and dashboards.
Financial Advisory:
Conduct comprehensive need analysis based on clients' financial goals, risk appetite,
income, and time horizon.
Recommend appropriate mutual fund schemes (SIP/lump sum), portfolio allocation, and tax-saving strategies.
Educate clients on mutual fund products, asset classes, tax implications (80C, LTCG, STCG) and industry trends.
Guide clients through KYC processes and platform onboarding.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term client relationships through periodic reviews and personalized
advisory.
Provide proactive portfolio insights, performance updates, and rebalancing suggestions.
