Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

MBA (Finance) fresher

to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate will assist in financial analysis, accounting, auditing, taxation, and management consultancy services. This position offers hands-on exposure to professional financial practices and an opportunity to build a long-term career in finance and auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and analysis of

financial statements

and

management reports

. Support in

statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits

under supervision. Conduct

financial data analysis

, variance analysis, and budgeting assistance. Help prepare and file

income tax, GST, and TDS returns

. Maintain proper records of client accounts and financial documentation. Coordinate with clients to collect necessary financial information. Assist in

financial forecasting, project reports

, and

MIS reporting

. Support the senior team in

business valuation

,

fund management

, and

investment analysis

projects. Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

MBA in Finance (fresher or up to 1 year of experience).

Must be qualified MBA Finance & PGDBM Finance from Institute of repute under NIRF ranking.

Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Tally or ERP software is an advantage. Analytical and quantitative skills. Good communication and presentation abilities. Eagerness to learn and work in a professional CA environment.
