Key Responsibilities:
Teach MBA-level marketing courses, including but not limited to:
Marketing Management
,
Consumer Behavior
,
Digital Marketing
,
Brand Management
,
Marketing Research
,
Sales & Distribution Management
, etc.
Develop course materials, lesson plans, and case studies in alignment with the syllabus and current market trends.
Conduct engaging lectures, discussions, and workshops.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.
Mentor and guide students in academic and professional matters.
Contribute to research in the field of marketing and publish in peer-reviewed journals or present at academic conferences.
Facilitate industry linkages, internships, and placements for students.
Participate in academic committees, curriculum development, and faculty meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in business administration
(MBA) with a specialization in
Marketing
or an equivalent qualification.
2-5 years
of teaching or industry experience in marketing or related fields.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in
research, case writing
, and publishing in marketing journals (desirable).
