Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures for MBA courses in subjects such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, and General Management. Develop and update curriculum and course materials as per the university and industry standards. Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, case studies, and industry-oriented seminars. Guide students in project work, research, internships, and presentations. Evaluate and monitor student performance through exams, assignments, and continuous assessments. Engage in academic research, paper presentations, and publications. Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, and academic events. Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA/PGDM from a recognized university/institution (preferably with specialization in HR, Marketing, or Finance). NET/SET qualification preferred but not mandatory. 0 to 5 years of teaching or relevant industry experience. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
