Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic MBA graduate to join our Core HR team as a Trainee. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, focusing on employee onboarding, leave and attendance management, and joining formalities (both pre- and post-joining). This role requires strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data analysis, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and orientation for new hires.
Manage and update employee records related to leave and attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate pre-joining and post-joining formalities, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Prepare and analyse HR data using Excel and Power BI to generate reports and actionable insights.
Create and deliver engaging presentations for HR meetings and training sessions.
Support the Core HR team in various HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA in Human Resources (recent graduate or final semester preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; strong data analysis skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
