The Role
We are seeking a motivated MBA / BBA / Post-Graduate who wants to build a meaningful business career in the renewable-energy industry.
As a Business Strategy & Client Development Associate, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to manage client relationships, business growth initiatives, and proposal coordination.
This is a high-visibility role with exposure to consulting, strategy, and market analysis -- ideal for a graduate who wants to grow into a future business consultant or manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior management in business development and strategic planning activities.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and bid documents for solar and energy-infrastructure projects.
Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and business documentation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in renewable-energy and infrastructure sectors.
Assist in maintaining CRM data, pipeline trackers, and business dashboards.
Travel occasionally for client meetings, project visits, and business discussions within India and overseas.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: MBA / PGDBM / BBA / MCom / Post Graduate in Management, Business, Commerce, or Sustainability.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong academic or internship background welcome).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented with good presentation ability.
Location Preference: Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai candidates.
