Roles & Responsibility-

Addressing queries of distributors and consumers.

Carrying out office related jobs like filing, preparing letters, keeping records etc.

Assisting territory in sales related activities like arranging meetings, data collection etc.

Addressing customer complaints and Liasioning with distributor for redressal.

Carrying out PMUY customer revival related works.

Interaction with BDA, CSC, VLE and Urja Devi, onboarding them on Last Mile App.

Implementation of new business initiatives.

And many other jobs as advised by TM, Plant Manager & Sales Officers
