We are seeking a dynamic and analytically-minded individual with an
MBA qualification
to manage the critical intersection of admissions, student counseling, and institutional technology. This role requires a strong administrator who can leverage our
ERP system
for efficiency, provide expert guidance to prospective students, and streamline overall administrative processes for growth and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions and Counseling Management
Student Counseling:
Conduct professional and ethical counseling sessions for prospective students and parents, guiding them through program selection, career prospects, and eligibility criteria.
Admissions Process:
Oversee the entire admission lifecycle, from initial inquiry management and lead nurturing to application processing, entrance exam coordination, and enrollment finalization.
Target Achievement:
Work with the management team to set, monitor, and achieve enrollment targets for all courses (e.g., School, Pharmacy, Nursing).
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all admission records, financial documents, and eligibility clearances are accurately maintained and comply with regulatory body requirements.
2. ERP System Administration and Data Management
ERP Utilization:
Serve as the functional expert for the institutional ERP/Student Information System (SIS). Manage user access, configure workflows, and ensure data integrity across all modules (Admissions, Fees, Academics, HR).
Process Automation:
Identify opportunities to automate administrative tasks using the ERP system, improving efficiency in fee collection, attendance tracking, and grading processes.
Data Reporting:
Generate high-level analytical reports on enrollment trends, student demographics, fee realization, and resource utilization to inform strategic decision-making by the management.
Training & Support:
Provide basic training and support to staff and faculty on effective use of the ERP and related technological tools.
3. General Administrative Support
Policy Implementation:
Assist the Group Administrator or Principal in implementing new administrative policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Resource Coordination:
Coordinate the allocation of office resources, supplies, and technological infrastructure for the counseling and admissions departments.
Event Management:
Organize and manage logistics for key institutional events, such as Open Houses, Admission Drives, Orientation Programs, and Graduation Ceremonies.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as a key liaison between the technology team, administrative staff, and academic heads to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications
Education:
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
is mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum
5 years
of progressive experience in educational administration, with significant exposure to admissions/counseling and managing large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or specialized academic SIS).
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Proficiency:
Expert functional knowledge of ERP systems, advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and experience with data visualization tools.
Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent interpersonal skills, highly persuasive counseling abilities, and professional report-writing skills.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable administrative strategies.
Organizational Acumen:
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on process efficiency and quality assurance.
Ethical Conduct:
High integrity and professional demeanor suitable for handling confidential student information.
