Maximo Developer



This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in defining, configuring and deploying industrial digital technologies (including but not limited to PLM and MES) for managing continuity of information across the engineering enterprise, including design, industrialization, manufacturing and supply chain, and for managing the manufacturing data.
- Grade Specific7+ years of experience (Senior Maximo Developer) Develop, configure, and customize Maximo applications using MBOs, Java, automation scripts, and the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). Implements Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions to meet business requirements. Integrating Maximo with other systems using MIF (Maximo Integration Framework). Manage and develop integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems. Create and modify reports, such as BIRT and COGNOS, to meet analytical needs. Perform Configuration & data migration and manage database configurations within the Maximo environment. Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and support system upgrades and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions & enhancements. Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and align solutions with business goals. Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and workflow diagrams. Skills like Java, SQL, scripting, BIRT, and knowledge of Maximo modules (Work Management, Inventory, etc.) are essential.
