Position : AADM/ADM/Sr ADM :1. Building Agency : Identify and recruit 4-5 potential advisors who are highly productive and in accordance with the business plan within stipulated time frame.2. Manage team performance and productivity : Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.4. Leadership : Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.5.
