Job Description

We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and experienced Matron to lead and supervise clinical staff in our hair transplant clinic. The Matron will ensure high standards of nursing care, patient safety, OT management, and team coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage nursing and operation theater staff. Ensure pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care protocols are followed strictly. Coordinate with doctors, PRP nurses, and technicians for smooth surgical operations. Maintain infection control, sterilization, and hygiene protocols in all clinical areas. Handle staff training, duty allocations, and performance evaluations. Support patient care services, handle patient queries, and resolve clinical concerns. Ensure inventory of OT consumables and medications is up-to-date. Liaise with the management and HR for hiring, training, and clinic operations.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong leadership and communication skills. Good knowledge of surgical protocols and nursing practices. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently. Patient-focused and team-oriented mindset. Basic computer and documentation skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
