The Matrimonial Profile Team is responsible for creating, updating, and managing client profiles with accuracy and confidentiality. The team ensures profiles are well-drafted, verified, and presented attractively to support the matchmaking process.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect client information and documents for profile creation.
Draft and update client profiles with clarity and professionalism.
Verify details shared by clients to ensure authenticity.
Upload and maintain profiles in the system/database.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers for matching suitable profiles.
Maintain confidentiality of client data at all times.
Provide timely support and updates to clients on their profiles.
Skills & Qualities:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and communication skills.
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Team player with good coordination skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Experience in data management, content writing, or customer support preferred.
