Key Responsibilities

Engage with incoming leads, explain services clearly, and convert leads into active users. Understand user preferences and recommend suitable matches within the Muslim matrimonial community. Assist users with profile creation, communication support, and follow-ups. Conduct sensitive conversations with professionalism and confidentiality. Address user queries and resolve concerns promptly. Maintain accurate logs of leads, interactions, and progress.

Requirements

Must be an empathetic, well-spoken, and culturally aware about the muslim community Good communication skills are mandatory. Excellent convincing and lead conversion skills. Hindi, English, and Urdu language proficiency is mandatory. Experience in counselling, sales/lead conversion, or customer service. Understanding of Muslim marriage customs and cultural nuances. Patient, empathetic, and professional approach.
