We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics teacher to join our dynamic team and inspire the next generation of mathematicians. As a Higher Secondary Mathematics teacher, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through advanced mathematical concepts and preparing them for future academic and career endeavors.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive mathematics curricula that align with national and state educational standards.

Teaching and Instruction:

Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to higher secondary students, covering a wide range of topics including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Design and administer appropriate assessments (tests, quizzes, projects) to evaluate student understanding and progress. Provide timely feedback to students to support their learning.

Student Guidance:

Offer individual guidance and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment, ensuring discipline and effective classroom management.

Professional Development:

Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and technological advancements in mathematics education.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall quality of education.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a teaching certification. Proven experience teaching mathematics at the higher secondary level. Strong knowledge of advanced mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Preferred Skills:

Experience using technology in the classroom (e.g., digital tools, online resources). Familiarity with various assessment methods and data analysis techniques. Involvement in extracurricular activities related to mathematics (e.g., math clubs, competitions).
