We are currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Maths teacher to join our team and teach primary grades, helping to shape the future of our young learners.

As a Primary Grades Maths Teacher at PNC Cognitio School, you will be responsible for:

Teaching Mathematics to primary grade students following the IGCSE curriculum. Planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote student understanding and development. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to encourage growth. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel motivated and supported. Collaborating with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the best possible learning experience for students. Keeping up to date with educational best practices and the IGCSE curriculum requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare math lessons that align with the IGCSE curriculum for primary grades. Implement interactive and hands-on activities to enhance students' understanding of mathematical concepts. Monitor and assess student progress, providing individual support where necessary. Maintain a positive, supportive, and disciplined classroom environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices. Attend school meetings and communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred). Previous experience teaching Primary Grades within the IGCSE curriculum (preferred). Strong knowledge of the IGCSE Maths curriculum and teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about teaching and working with young learners. Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators.
