The Mathematics JEE Teacher will be responsible for preparing students for JEE Main & JEE Advanced by delivering high-quality lectures, creating academic content, conducting assessments, and ensuring strong conceptual clarity among students.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures for JEE Main & Advanced.
Teach Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and other relevant JEE topics.
Solve advanced problem sets and guide students on problem-solving strategies.
Ensure coverage of the entire syllabus within the defined timelines.
Content Development
Prepare study material, practice sheets, assignments, and question banks.
Develop high-quality tests, including JEE Main & Advanced pattern mock tests.
Update academic content based on latest JEE trends.
Assessment & Student Performance
Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions for students.
Analyze test performance and provide personalized feedback.
Track student progress and implement improvement plans.
Mentoring & Guidance
Motivate students to achieve top ranks and maintain high morale.
Help students build accuracy, speed, and strong fundamentals.
Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and effective preparation techniques.
Coordination & Professional Development
Coordinate with academic planners and other subject faculty.
Attend meetings, training, and orientation sessions.
Maintain proper documentation of class performance and academic records.
Requirements
Experience
1-5+ years of experience teaching JEE Main/Advanced.
Key Skills
Strong command over Mathematics and JEE Advanced-level problem solving.
Excellent communication and classroom handling skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner.
Passion for teaching and mentoring competitive exam aspirants.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools / smart classrooms (preferred).
