Key Responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics to Grade 6 students as per the prescribed curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and worksheets aligned with learning objectives. Conduct interactive, activity-based, and concept-focused teaching. Evaluate students through class tests, assignments, projects, and periodic assessments. Maintain student academic records, progress reports, and attendance. Provide additional support/remedial classes to students who need help. Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behaviour. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, school events, and academic planning. Ensure timely completion of syllabus and adherence to school policies.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge of Mathematics (NCERT/Board-specific syllabus). Good communication and classroom-management skills. Ability to explain concepts in simple, student-friendly language. Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching. Basic computer skills (for digital teaching, assessments, and report preparation).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) with Mathematics as a major subject. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred). Prior teaching experience at middle school level (preferred).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
