Job Description

Deliver effective and innovative instruction using a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities and real-life examples, to accommodate diverse learning styles. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback to students and parents. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues and administration to enhance teaching practices and curriculum delivery. Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns. Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
Qualifications and Skills

A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field in Education. A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or an equivalent teaching qualification is required. [Optional: Mention if CTET/TET qualification is required/preferred] Proven experience as a Primary Mathematics Teacher or in a similar role, preferably in a [mention curriculum type, e.g., CBSE] school environment. Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and effective teaching methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Ability to motivate, inspire, and build a strong rapport with young learners. Strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous professional development.
