Job Summary

The Foundation Faculty member will be responsible for delivering foundational-level courses that build essential skills and knowledge for students. The role involves designing curriculum, conducting engaging lectures, providing practical learning experiences, and mentoring students to prepare them for advanced learning and professional success.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Design & Delivery

Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for foundation-level courses. Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments tailored to diverse student needs. Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions.

Student Development

Identify individual learning needs and provide personalized guidance. Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work collaboratively with other faculty to ensure a cohesive learning experience. Participate in faculty meetings, training, and professional development activities. Contribute to the development of institutional policies and programs.
