We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Mathematics Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our content development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics education and experience in creating educational content. The SME will be responsible for developing high-quality modules, coursebooks, and workbooks for various levels of mathematics education.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
Design and develop comprehensive mathematics modules, coursebooks, and workbooks tailored to different educational levels.
Ensure the content is aligned with curriculum standards and educational goals.
Develop clear, accurate, and engaging explanations, examples, and exercises to facilitate effective learning.
Quality Assurance:
Review and edit existing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality.
Collaborate with other SMEs and educators to validate the educational content and ensure it meets the required standards.
Research and Analysis:
Stay updated with the latest trends, methodologies, and technologies in mathematics education.
Analyze and incorporate new teaching strategies and tools to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the content.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and other team members to create visually appealing and pedagogically sound materials.
Provide guidance and support to junior content developers and interns as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Collect feedback from educators and students to refine and improve the content.
Participate in training and professional development to enhance subject matter expertise.
