Responsible for leading the Mathematics Department for Classes 1-5, ensuring high academic standards, teacher support, and effective curriculum implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage Mathematics curriculum and assessments for Classes 1-5.
Prepare academic plans, portions, question papers, practice papers, block tests, bridge course, and holiday homework.
Conduct teacher training, workshops, and PEP sessions.
Observe classes, mentor teachers, and improve teaching methodologies.
Review textbooks/materials and support activity-based/conceptual learning.
Analyze student performance and plan improvement strategies.
Participate in teacher recruitment (demos, interviews, script corrections).
Coordinate with branches and support academic implementation.
Required Skills & Qualification
Trained Graduate / B.Ed / Relevant qualification.
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics with teaching experience.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and leadership skills.
Time management, attention to detail, innovation, and adaptability.
Problem-solving skills and basic computer proficiency.
