Role Summary:

We are seeking a

dedicated and experienced Mathematics Faculty

to join the academic team at

Crimson Schools

. The role involves

teaching, mentoring, and guiding students

preparing for competitive exams such as

IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, Olympiads, and other entrance tests

. The ideal candidate should have a

strong conceptual foundation in Mathematics

, effective

communication and mentoring skills

, and a

result-oriented teaching approach

to help students achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

interactive and concept-based classroom sessions

in

Mathematics

for JEE/NEET aspirants. Develop and review

lecture plans, assignments, and question papers

aligned with exam patterns. Conduct

doubt-clearing and remedial sessions

to address student learning gaps. Track

student performance

, provide detailed feedback, and ensure measurable progress. Collaborate with

academic coordinators

to enhance teaching content and delivery methods. Maintain high

academic standards

and align teaching with

Crimson's pedagogy

. Participate in

faculty training sessions, parent interactions, and academic reviews

.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related discipline from a reputed institute (

B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D.

preferred).

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in teaching

Mathematics for JEE/NEET

preparation.

Preferred:

Proven track record of

mentoring high-performing students

in competitive exams.

Skills Required:

Strong command over

Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Coordinate Geometry

. Excellent

presentation and problem-solving skills

. Ability to

engage students

through interactive and analytical teaching methods. Effective

classroom management

and mentoring skills. Proficiency in

digital teaching tools and online learning platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
