Job Summary:
The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for delivering subject knowledge effectively through well-structured lessons, fostering critical thinking, and promoting academic excellence among students. The role involves guiding students toward success in both internal and board examinations while maintaining high academic standards and institutional values.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Responsibilities:
Deliver well-planned, structured lessons aligned with the prescribed syllabus and learning objectives.
Ensure
100% syllabus completion
before the term-end deadline.
Prepare and deliver lessons that foster conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and critical thinking.
Conduct assessments, tests, and evaluations as per the academic calendar.
Ensure
timely correction of assignment books, test papers, and answer scripts
(within 3 working days).
Support students with remedial classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and academic counseling as needed.
Student Performance & Evaluation:
Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Strive for
100% student results
in internal and external examinations.
Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports on time.
Parent & Institutional Engagement:
Actively participate in
Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
and communicate student-specific progress and improvement plans.
Collaborate with colleagues and academic coordinators to achieve departmental goals.
Support the institution in non-teaching responsibilities, events, and administrative activities as assigned.
Performance Expectations:
100% syllabus completion before term-end.
100% results in internal and board examinations.
All evaluation and correction work completed within 3 working days.
Active participation in all PTMs and academic discussions.
100% assigned non-teaching tasks completed within deadlines.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (and Kannada preferred).
Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Responsible, punctual, and committed to institutional objectives.
Collaborative attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
