Job Description

The Mathematics Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching, ensuring conceptual clarity, improving student performance, and maintaining academic discipline. The faculty will also contribute to academic planning, test creation, doubt-solving, and student progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Teaching

Teach Mathematics to classes (6-10 / 11-12 / JEE / Competitive Exams) as per timetable. Ensure concept-based teaching with real-life examples. Maintain high student engagement and clear communication.

2. Academic Work

Prepare lesson plans, chapter plans, and session-wise teaching flow. Create daily class tests, weekly tests, and worksheets. Evaluate answer sheets and share feedback.

3. Student Support

Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions. Identify weak students and take remedial sessions. Maintain discipline and ensure learning outcomes.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with Academic Head for syllabus completion. Update student performance records in the system. Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

5. Additional Responsibilities

Assist in creating educational content when needed. Participate in parent-teacher meetings. Contribute to improvement of teaching methods and academic quality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or related field (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., M.Tech). Teaching experience in school/coaching preferred. Strong conceptual understanding.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills. Patience and student-centric approach. Classroom management. Ability to make concepts simple and engaging. Basic computer proficiency.

Work Schedule

As per institute timetable (daily tests, weekly tests, homework monitoring, etc.).

Performance Indicators

Student improvement and feedback. Syllabus completion on time. Quality of tests and class engagement. Contribution in academic activities.
