Key responsibilities and duties

Daily teaching of assigned subject Preparing timely lesson plans and implementing them Student assessments and curriculum planning Organising day to day operations along with the team - E.g. ensuring sports, dance and other classes happen smoothly Accompany children on exposure outings Interact with family to address specific issues Attend parents-teachers meetings Tracking learning levels of every child periodically - compare with goals and co-plan/guide peer teachers on strategies to achieve goals.

Qualifications and Traits

Bachelors/Masters Degree (English medium)

in any subject-related discipline; preferably in Education with a B.sc or M.sc in Kannada Maths, no other qualification required. 0-2 years of experience. While work experience as teacher is an asset; any other work experience will be noted Should be of pleasing personality, good conversational skills with clarity of thought Must show an open mind and a willingness to learn new methods Must be physically fit and agile Able to put in full hours Willing to attend training outside centre and out station if necessary We are gender neutral.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
