Job Title: CBSE Primary (1-5) Mathematics Teacher : As a CBSE Primary (Grades 1-5) Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment that facilitates the development of mathematical skills and concepts in young learners. You will plan, organize, and deliver mathematics instruction based on the CBSE curriculum and guidelines to enhance students\' learning and develop their problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Planning and Implementation: Design and execute lesson plans that facilitate active learning experiences, taking into consideration the differing abilities of each student. Implement the CBSE curriculum for primary mathematics in a comprehensive manner. Student Engagement and Motivation: Utilize interactive learning tools and technology to enhance classroom instruction. Make lessons engaging and meaningful by relating mathematics to real-world situations. Assessment: Develop and conduct quizzes, tests, and assessments to evaluate student understanding of the subject matter. Provide feedback to students and parents about students\' progress and areas of improvement. Classroom Management: Manage student behavior in the classroom by maintaining a disciplined and conducive learning environment. Promote a culture of respect and curiosity for learning. Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers, administrators, and staff to foster a harmonious educational environment. Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and other school events as required. Professional Development: Pursue continuous professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching methods, changes in the CBSE curriculum, and advancements in technology tools for education. Qualifications: A Bachelor\'s Degree in Education or a relevant field. A Master\'s Degree would be a plus. A valid teaching certificate for teaching primary school students. Proficiency in mathematics and a deep understanding of primary level math concepts. Previous experience teaching primary school students, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using technology as an educational tool. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
