We are looking for a

Non-Keralite Mathematics teacher

to join our team. We are Kamb&m School of Life International, located in Ayilakkad, Edappal.

Developing engaging lesson plans with strong mathematical skills, assessing students while fostering a positive classroom and adaptability to handle diverse learners, all to inspire students to meet curriculum goals.

We expect the candidate to have excellent levels of English handling capabilities without the influence of any regional languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Curriculum:

Develop & deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans; use varied methods (tech, hands-on); explain complex concepts; foster critical thinking & problem-solving.

Assessment & Feedback:

Design, administer, & grade assignments/tests; provide constructive feedback; track & report student progress; prepare for standardized tests.

Classroom Environment:

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined space; encourage high standards; support diverse learning needs (slow learners, special needs).

Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with parents/guardians; collaborate with colleagues; attend meetings/conferences; participate in school events.

Professional Development:

Stay updated on math education trends; implement new teaching methods.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's (or Master's) in Mathematics with B.Ed.

Experience:

Proven teaching experience, classroom management, curriculum development will be an added advantage.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of math formulas/concepts, various teaching aids, educational tech.

Skills:

Excellent English communication skills, adaptability, positive attitude, strong discipline.
