Primary Mathematics Teacher

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Primary Mathematics Teacher to join our school for the upcoming academic session. The ideal candidate should be comfortable teaching Mathematics to students and should be able to create a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Mathematics to primary classes as per the curriculum.

Develop engaging lesson plans, worksheets, and activities.

Assess students' progress regularly and maintain records.

Provide individual support to students who need extra help.

Use creative teaching methods to make Math easy and interesting.

Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning atmosphere.

Communicate with parents regarding student performance whenever required.

Participate in school meetings, events, and training programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (B.Ed preferred).

Prior teaching experience in primary classes is an advantage.

Strong conceptual understanding of primary-level Mathematics.

Good communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to build rapport with young children.

Creative approach to teaching.

Patience and empathy while dealing with children.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with the school team.
