Responsibilities:

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and critical thinking. Use innovative teaching methods, visual aids, and technology to enhance the learning experience. Provide individual attention and support to students, addressing their unique learning needs and challenges. Prepare and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress. Offer timely and constructive feedback to guide students' academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective teaching strategies and interdisciplinary projects. Stay updated with the latest advancements in education and integrate relevant concepts into the curriculum.

Coach and mentor students preparing for competitive exams such as KCET and JEE

, focusing on conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

A master's degree in Mathematics Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the PUC or competitive exam levels Proven experience in

coaching for KCET and JEE

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia tools in the classroom
