Job Description

1. Role Overview



The Mathematics Faculty will teach

IIT-JEE (Main/Advanced) Mathematics

,

NEET Maths for qualifying exams

, and

Quantitative Aptitude + Logical Reasoning

for

competitive exams

, ensuring conceptual clarity, speed-building, and problem-solving mastery.

This role requires deep mathematical understanding, analytical ability, and engaging teaching style.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Teaching - IIT-JEE Mathematics



Cover full JEE syllabus including:

Algebra (Quadratic, Complex Numbers, Permutation & Combination, Probability) Calculus (Functions, Limits, Differentiation, Integration, AOD, Definite Integrals) Coordinate Geometry (Straight Lines, Circles, Conics, 3D Geometry) Vectors Trigonometry Advanced-level problem-solving
Duties:

Conduct lectures, problem-solving sessions, and doubt classes. Teach

multi-step logical problems

for JEE Advanced. Prepare students for high accuracy & speed. Create

chapter-wise sheets, DPPs, PYQs, mock tests.


B. Teaching - NEET Mathematics (Basic to Moderate Level)



Cover necessary 11th-12th NCERT mathematics needed for NEET qualifiers. Teach formula-based and concept-driven questions. Prepare question banks for NEET-level Maths used in qualifying sections of allied exams.

C. Quantitative Aptitude (QA) Training



Teach for exams like SSC, Banking, MBA Entrance (CAT/MAT), NRA CET:

Arithmetic (Percentage, Ratio, Profit & Loss, Time & Work, Time & Distance) Data Interpretation (Tables, Bar/Pie charts, Caselets) Number System Simplification & Approximation Speed math techniques Shortcuts & tricks for faster calculation

D. Logical Reasoning (LR) Training



Cover:

Analogy, Classification, Coding-Decoding Blood Relation, Direction Sense Syllogism, Venn diagrams Puzzles, Seating arrangement Series, Patterns Statement-Assumption, Statement-Conclusion
Responsibilities:

Teach step-by-step reasoning techniques Conduct regular practice drills & mock tests Prepare LR question banks, worksheets, and video explanations

E. Content Development



Prepare high-quality notes, assignment sheets, and concept booklets Create: Topic tests Weekly assessments Formula charts Mock test papers Update content based on latest exam patterns (IIT-JEE, NEET, CET, SSC, CAT, Banking)

F. Student Mentorship



Provide personal doubt sessions Help students with exam strategy, time management & revision plans Track student progress using tests and analytics Motivate students to build confidence in Mathematics

3. Skills & Competencies Required



Excellent command over

JEE-level and NCERT-level Mathematics

Strong speed + accuracy + problem-solving skills Ability to simplify complex problems Good communication and interactive teaching style Ability to teach both

slow learners

and

advanced students

Experience with competitive exam patterns (JEE, NEET, SSC, Banking, CAT) Comfortable with board teaching & digital boards

4. Qualification Requirements



B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. Mathematics / B.Sc.-M.Sc. Integrated

Prior experience in teaching: IIT-JEE NEET Quantitative Aptitude Logical Reasoning Freshers with strong fundamentals and demo teaching ability may be considered.
