Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Faculty to join our team for JEE MAIN & Advanced coaching. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, proven teaching experience in JEE-level mathematics, and the ability to engage and inspire students toward academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures for JEE Main & Advanced (Classes 11th & 12th). Design and structure the curriculum, daily lesson plans, and topic-wise tests. Prepare and review study materials, practice sheets, and mock tests. Conduct doubt-solving sessions and ensure concept clarity for each student. Analyze students' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the JEE exam pattern and syllabus. Mentor and guide students on academic strategies and exam techniques.
Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field from a reputed university. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in JEE Main & Advanced preparation. Excellent command over the subject and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with the latest JEE syllabus, question trends, and exam strategies. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred:

Prior experience with reputed coaching institutes. Demonstrated results with students achieving top ranks in JEE. Ability to teach using digital tools (for online or hybrid classes).

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
