Job Title: Mathematics Faculty - Classes 7th to 10th (IIT)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Mathematics Faculty to teach students of classes 7th to 10th. The role involves building strong conceptual foundations, enhancing analytical thinking, and preparing students for competitive exams such as NTSE, Olympiads, and IIT-JEE Foundation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach mathematics to students from classes 7th to 10th in line with the curriculum of IIT-JEE Foundation and school boards (CBSE/ICSE/State).

Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, and assignments that enhance conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.

Introduce and reinforce mathematical thinking relevant to Olympiads, NTSE, and foundation-level IIT-JEE concepts.

Monitor student progress through regular assessments, practice tests, and feedback sessions.

Provide individual attention and conduct doubt-solving sessions to support diverse learning needs.

Collaborate with other faculty and curriculum planners to develop effective teaching methodologies.

Maintain discipline and motivation in the classroom, fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

1. Masters in Mathematics.

2. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (Preferred).

Teaching experience of 3+ years in Mathematics.

Experience in preparing students for Olympiads, NTSE, or IIT Foundation programs is highly desirable.

Key Skills:

Strong command over school-level and foundation mathematics.

Clear and effective communication and classroom delivery.

Ability to simplify complex topics and make learning interactive.

Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Familiarity with digital tools (smart boards, online teaching platforms) is a plus.

Compensation:

Salary: 5 lakhs to 7 lakhs per annum.
