Job Responsibilities - Mathematics Faculty (NEET & JEE)1. Classroom Teaching

Teach Mathematics to

Class 11, Class 12, and JEE (Main + Advanced)

aspirants. Deliver concept-based, step-by-step, and exam-oriented lectures. Explain complex topics using simple methods and real examples.

2. Syllabus Planning & Completion

Prepare yearly, monthly, and weekly teaching plans as per JEE & NEET requirements. (Note: For NEET students, cover required Maths topics for foundation batches only.)*
Ensure timely syllabus completion with adequate revision.

3. Doubt Clearing Support

Conduct regular

doubt-solving sessions

(individual + group). Help weak and average students strengthen fundamentals.

4. Test Preparation & Evaluation

Create/Review

chapter tests, unit tests, part tests, and full mock exams

. Analyze results and guide students with personalized improvement plans.

5. Study Material & Content Development

Prepare high-quality

notes, practice sheets, problem sets, and previous-year question solutions

. Update study material according to the latest JEE exam patterns.

6. Student Performance Tracking

Track progress of students on a regular basis. Identify weak performers and conduct

remedial classes

.

7. Classroom & Academic Discipline

Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment. Encourage students for consistency, attendance, and timely homework completion.

8. Team Coordination

Coordinate with Physics & Chemistry faculty for batch planning. Attend academic meetings and contribute to academic improvements.

9. Parent Communication

Participate in

PTMs

to share academic updates and performance analysis. Inform parents about attendance, discipline, or improvement needs.

10. Professional Responsibilities

Follow all institute rules and teaching guidelines. Be punctual, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality education.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
