Job Description

The Mathematics and Science Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons in Mathematics and Science, fostering analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and scientific curiosity among students. The teacher will create a positive learning environment that supports academic excellence and overall student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and Science as per the prescribed curriculum

Explain concepts clearly using appropriate teaching aids, experiments, and real-life examples

Assess, evaluate, and record students' academic progress regularly

Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and conduct examinations

Encourage logical reasoning, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry

Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Provide academic support and guidance to students when required

Participate in school meetings, training programs, and academic planning

Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance

Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred)

Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner

Good classroom management and communication skills

Proficiency in using teaching aids and educational technology

Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning

Experience:

Teaching experience in a school setting is preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
